(Ages 18 & up) A monthly meet-up for artists to socialize, build community and take their art to the next level. After a short reception, we will dive into a specific topic each month with time after for questions and perusing the exhibit.

What constitutes a “working artist”? Anne Weshinskey shares her experience as an artist and initiator working internationally in a variety of collaborative contexts and communities. Her work involves conceptualizing, initiating, producing, managing, and even participating as an artist in collaborative artistic and cultural projects. Learn about her current local V4L project, and how she strives to keep artists connected in their own communities–while simultaneously inviting exchange and collaboration between them. Follow the path from one artist’s (or collective’s) inspiration into to a completed project involving the participation of many!
