Rent the Theater
Loudoun County’s arts organizations, performers, and visual artists now have a venue that is dedicated to providing the most professional space possible for the community to enjoy their creative work. In addition to being a great venue for the arts The Franklin Park Arts Center is an ideal venue for meetings, receptions, recitals and workshops and is available to rent year-round for any occasion and gives booking priority to non-profit, resident artists and arts groups.
Beginning in September 2024, new pricing structure for rentals at the Arts Center will be inplace with a half- day and full-day fee structure.
FEES
Half day rental $400 Up to 4 hours
Full day rental $800 More than 4 hours and up to 8 hours
A $100 deposit is required to confirm all rentals.
- Arrival, rehearsals, performance and load out are all included in the number of hours. If your rental exceeds the 8 hours, you will be charged the full day rate, plus $100 for each hour beyond the 8 hours.
- These fees apply to rehearsal days and performance
- You have access to the space only during the rental time
Theater Dimensions & Specifications
Auditorium rentals include the use of our lobby/gallery, and green room area. Also includes our digital light and sound system.

Live Streaming & Recording Services
We have the ability to live-stream and/or record all performances. We do not allow private recordings of any kind.
