DESCRIPTION:Terra Voce thrills audiences with their virtuosity and creative programs that test the limits of what is possible on just two instruments. Join flutist Elizabeth Brightbill and cellist Andrew Gabbert as they explore a variety of musical styles from Baroque to Brazilian choro\, contemporary tango\, Irish traditional\, and beyond.  This performance made possible by a grant from Virginia Commission for the Arts.  \nThe concert will be 45-60 minutes without an intermission. SUMMARY:The Spin Outs present Elvis: A Live Rockumentary
DESCRIPTION:In 1954\, a young man walked into Sun Studios and the world was never the same.  Elvis:  a Live Rockumentary is a production that spans Elvis’ life and music from the 1950s\, TV appearances\, the ’68 Comeback Special\, and the Vegas years.  The Fan\, played by Vicki Gontz\, takes you back to Elvis’ very first record as the live music begins.  Elvis\, played by award winning tribute artist\, Austin Irby\, sings Elvis’ hits and fan favorites to live music by the internationally renowned tribute band\, The Spin-Outs. \nAudiences have enjoyed this show since 2001 when it debuted at the Whitaker Center’s Sunoco Theatre in Harrisburg\, PA\, where it played three years in a row to sold-out crowds.  Enthusiastic fans continue to love this show everywhere it’s performed.  You will laugh\, cry\, and leave the theatre with a song on your lips \nCLICK HERE FOR TICKETS
