Artists are invited to submit original works in all mediums that fit the theme of “Up!”  What do you see when you look up?  Or maybe when you ARE up and you look down?  A unique perspective that can be from any vantage point and could answer the ever-popular question “what’s up?”  All 2D works must be ready to hang with wire on the back.
