Franklin Park Arts Center invites you to join us for “Music for Dessert”, a live music series for both in-person and virtual audiences. The Appalachian Chamber Music Festival, based in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, is proud to present this duo concert as part of their second annual festival. This program includes a little something for everyone! Selections include pieces celebrating history and traditional classical compositions, the haunting beauty and playfulness of nature, and the ways we experience the world around us. The concert finale will feature all three artists in a trio rooted in Appalachian fiddle music. Featuring violinist Audrey Pride, violist Danielle Wiebe, and cellist Schuyler Slack.

Appalachian Chamber Music Festival melds world-class chamber music performances, collaboration and outreach, with the rich and inspiring history, nature and culture of Harpers Ferry, Charles Town, Jefferson County and surrounding areas. We are all about bringing music to audiences in new, meaningful and accessible ways! We celebrate what is already here on a world stage, while striving to further enrich the region through our shared love of music. We work to elevate and amplify local businesses and organizations as we celebrate and preserve the unique nature, history and culture of the area. For more, visit www.appalachianchamber.org
