The Arts Center is committed to providing opportunities for our local artists and arts organizations. Many of our events are available online. However, in some instances artists prefer to sell their own tickets either by phone or online.
Please check each event for exact ticketing procedures, or contact us and we will answer any questions you have.
Online Ticketing
We are pleased to announce that tickets to most of the events in our season can now be purchased online. To see all performances that can be purchased online, click here.
Subscription Tickets
Here's How to Become a Subscriber:
New privacy and security policies have changed the way we process subscriptions (we no longer take credit card information by phone); but it's still pretty easy!
- IN PERSON: You may stop by the Arts Center weekdays from 9 am until 5 pm and purchase 4 shows or more and pay with cash, check or credit card.
- BY PHONE: You may call the Arts Center at 540-338-7973 and we will process your transaction over the phone. While we are no longer able to take your credit card information by phone, what we will do is create a "household account" for you in our online ticket system which you can pay in 2 convenient ways:
- ONLINE: You may then simply visit www.loudoun.gov and click the "webtrac" link. Using your secure household account information we provide when you call in your subscription, simply pay your balance using your credit card.
- BY CHECK: We'll hold your ticket order until you mail us a check, and then mail your tickets to your home. Our mailing address is

Please Note: Several performances in our Subscription Series have a limited number of Subscriber tickets available. Please order early. You will be notified prior to the processing of you order if you requested a show which no longer has Subscriber tickets available, in most cases single ticket may still be purchased directly from the presenting group.

Cancellation Policy
Except for Subscribers, all ticket purchase are final - no refunds or exchanges.
If driving conditions are hazardous due to inclement weather, Franklin Park Arts Center may be forced to cancel. If Franklin Park Arts Center cancels a performance, tickets may be refunded or rescheduled. Please check the announcements section of the home page or call four hours prior to the scheduled show time for information regarding cancellations or delays.
