Here's How to Become a Subscriber:

New privacy and security policies have changed the way we process subscriptions (we no longer take credit card information by phone); but it's still pretty easy!

IN PERSON: You may stop by the Arts Center weekdays from 9 am until 5 pm and purchase 4 shows or more and pay with cash, check or credit card.
BY PHONE: You may call the Arts Center at 540-338-7973 and we will process your transaction over the phone. While we are no longer able to take your credit card information by phone, what we will do is create a "household account " for you in our online ticket system which you can pay in 2 convenient ways:
1. ONLINE: You may then simply visit www.loudoun.gov and click the "webtrac" link. Using your secure household account information we provide when you call in your subscription, simply pay your balance using your credit card.
2. BY CHECK: We'll hold your ticket order until you mail us a check, and then mail your tickets to your home. Our mailing address is

How Orders are Filled

Get your orders in as soon as possible for best seats! Subscribers receive top ticketing priority. Seats may vary from one performance to another. Subscription tickets will be mailed no later than two weeks prior to the date of your first performance.

Subscriber Returns and Exchanges

Subscribers receive certain privileges in relation to exchanges that single ticket buyers do not enjoy. Subscribers may exchange their subscription tickets for another performance within the Subscription Season with no exchange fee. To exchange, return your tickets by mail or in person by 5 p.m. the day of the performance for evening performances and by 5 p.m. the previous business day for matinee performances.
