Refunds

All Tickets that are Pre-Paid are Non-Refundable.

The only exception is If a performance is cancelled or postponed, a full refund of the ticket price will be available through the ticket office for 30 days after the original scheduled performance date.

Ticket Exchanges

Subscribers retain certain privileges in relation to exchanges that single ticket buyers do not enjoy. Subscribers may, at no charge:

Exchange any ticket by mail, or in person by 5 p.m. the day of the performance for evening performances and by 5 p.m. the previous business day for matinee performances.

Tickets may only be exchanged for shows presented by Franklin Park Arts Center's Subscription Season. Exchanges must be for the same presenter within the same season. Ticket exchanges are NOT available for independently produced shows.
