Frequently Asked Questions about Subscribing

Q;  Why can’t I order my subscription online?

A:  Unfortunately, our online system does not accomodate the discounting feature to allow subscription sales online.  To subscribe, you simply need to call us at 540-338-7973.

Q:  Why can’t you take my credit card over the phone to complete my subscription order?

A:  County of Loudoun policy does not allow us to take a credit card by phone. (for security purposes)  We will process your order and e-mail you a link to complete your subscription online–you can print your tickets at that time.  Or you can come into our box office and we can process you order completely in person.

Q:  Why are there shows where all tickets are sold online and other shows where only a certain number of tickets are sold online and the remaining tickets must be purchased  using another method?

A:  Our rental arts groups allow us only a fixed number of tickets to sell online.  After that number of tickets are sold, the rental group must sell the remaining tickets themselves either by using will call or their own ticketing system.  We are working on a possible solution to this issue, but not in time for this season.
